You're standing at the tower fort on the Ossenmarkt, on the east side of the old fortified town of Weesp. Take a look at its shape. It's a big round brick fort, about thirty-four metres across, with a semicircular stair tower jutting out by the entrance. The walls are almost two metres thick.
