You ride through Amstelhoek and Waver to Stokkelaarsbrug and Abcoude, past the batteries on the Gein to Nigtevecht and Fort Hinderdam, and via Weesp, Muiden and Muiderberg to Naarden. In Weesp and Muiden you pass the Torenfort aan de Ossenmarkt and the Muizenfort. It is flat and almost all asphalt or paved. We know of two toilets and seven water taps, but no bike pump.
