This is the Dutch part of EuroVelo 12, the North Sea Cycle Route: about 625 km along the entire Dutch coast, from Bad Nieuweschans to Cadzand-Bad. The full route circles the North Sea for almost 6,000 km through eight countries. You follow the Wadden coast via Termunten, Pieterburen, Lauwersoog and Holwert to Harlingen, across the Afsluitdijk to Den Oever and through the North Holland dunes via Den Helder, Petten and Bergen aan Zee. Then it runs past Zandvoort and Hook of Holland and across the Zeeland islands to Domburg, Westkapelle, Vlissingen and Cadzand. We know of 84 toilets, 69 water taps and six bike pumps on the way.
