You're standing at the Peace Palace in The Hague. Start with the tall tower. It's eighty metres high and gets wider at the top, ringed with little turrets, so you can pick it out anywhere on the city's skyline. The palace is Neo-Renaissance, designed by French architect Louis Cordonnier. He planned four towers, but the budget ran short, and only two were built.
