You're standing at Museum Bredius, on the Lange Vijverberg in The Hague. Look at this stately townhouse. It was built in 1755, together with its neighbours, by court architect Pieter de Swart, in the elegant Louis the Fifteenth style. Before that, this was the site of the court of the Frisian stadtholder William Frederick.
