You're standing at the old tram depot on Frans Halsstraat in The Hague. Take a look at the building. It was built in 1906, and until 1983 it housed the trams of HTM, the city's tram company. The complex has been a national monument since 1988. A major restoration was finished in 1990, and since then it looks just as it did in 1906.
