You're standing at ARCAM, the Amsterdam Centre for Architecture, on the Prins Hendrikkade, right next to the NEMO science museum. Take a good look at the building itself. It isn't a plain box but a kind of trapezoid, three floors high. It almost seems to tilt up out of the quay. A fitting home for a centre that's all about buildings.
