Hackesche Höfe in Berlin

You're standing at the Hackesche Höfe, right in the centre of Berlin, in the Mitte district, next to Hackescher Markt. Look for the big arched gateway at number 40 Rosenthaler Straße. That's the main entrance. Behind it you won't find just one courtyard, but a whole chain of them. Eight courtyards, all linked together, so you can wander from one into the next.
