You're standing on Oranienburger Straße in Berlin, at the New Synagogue, the Neue Synagoge. Look up at the big dome with its gilded ribs. You can spot it from far away. On either side, two smaller domes sit on the side wings. The front is made of brick in several colours, richly decorated with terracotta and glazed bricks. The style is Moorish, and it resembles the Alhambra.
