You're standing at Sant'Ivo alla Sapienza, one of the most remarkable Baroque churches in Rome. It hides at the far end of a courtyard on Corso del Rinascimento. This used to be the palace of the papal university, La Sapienza. Today it houses the State Archives of Rome.
