You're standing at the Baths of Caracalla, in the south of ancient Rome. Look at those massive brick walls. What's now a ruin was once one of the largest bath complexes in the Roman Empire. The site measures 337 by 328 metres. Several million bricks went into it, along with at least 252 columns, sixteen of them over twelve metres tall.
