You're standing at the crossroads of Via del Quirinale and Via delle Quattro Fontane, on the Quirinal Hill in Rome. Look at the four corners: those are the four fountains this church is named after. Pope Sixtus V had them made at the end of the sixteenth century. The church is called San Carlo alle Quattro Fontane, but because it's so small, it's also known as San Carlino.
