You're standing in a small park in Amsterdam called the Eerste Weteringplantsoen, next to a bronze statue of a falling man. He's holding a horn. The statue is called Fusillade, though people also know it as The Fallen Horn Player. It looks like a quiet little park, but on the twelfth of March 1945, something terrible happened right here.
