You're standing at the Homomonument, on the Westermarkt, between the Westerkerk and the Keizersgracht canal. You might even be standing right on it without noticing. The monument is made of three triangles of pink granite, each with sides of ten metres. Together they form one large triangle, thirty-six metres on each side. Designer Karin Daan wanted it woven into the fabric of the city.
