Story · St. Peter

You're standing at St. Peter's Church, the oldest parish church in Munich. First, look up at that tower. Locals call it Alter Peter, Old Peter, and it's one of the symbols of the city. It rises ninety-one metres, and its Renaissance spire was added after lightning struck the tower in 1607.
