Hall of Fame in Munich

You're standing at the Ruhmeshalle, the Hall of Fame, high above the Theresienwiese in Munich. Take a look at that long row of columns. It's a Doric colonnade, with a main section and two wings reaching forward. Together they wrap around the space in front like open arms. The whole thing is about sixty-eight metres long and thirty-two metres deep.
