You're standing at Museum Vaals, in the far south of Limburg. Take a look at the chapel. It belonged to the De Esch monastery of the Camillian order, and was built in 1908 in Neo-Romanesque style, with rounded arches like the old Romanesque churches. Between the chapel and the museum café you can see the former monastery itself.
