You're standing at the Sieben lime kiln, east of Ubachsberg in South Limburg. This is the dry valley called de Dael, on the south side of the Daelsweg, the road from Ubachsberg to Welten near Heerlen. The border between the municipalities of Simpelveld and Voerendaal runs right here.
