You're standing at the Mauritshuis in The Hague, on the Hofvijver pond, right next to the Binnenhof. It's square, perfectly symmetrical and raised on a high base. Tall columns with scrolls at the top hold up the cornice, and the stone centre section sticks out slightly. That makes it look like a Roman temple, while the roof and the brick are typically Dutch. This style is called Dutch Classicism, and the building was copied many times.
