You're standing in Montmartre, close to the top of the hill, at the Moulin de la Galette. Look up at the wooden windmill and its sails. There used to be two mills here: the Blute-fin from 1622 and the Radet from 1717. The name Blute-fin comes from the French verb bluter, which means sifting flour to separate out the bran. Neither of them turns anymore.
