You're standing on the Begijnhof in Haarlem, at the Waalse Kerk, the Walloon Church. It's one of the oldest churches in town. It was built in 1348 as a chapel for the beguines, the devout women who lived around this courtyard. Look at the entrance. That triangular top with a garland carved into it is a lot younger, from 1670.
