The LF Kustroute is a long-distance cycle route of some 620 km along the entire Dutch coast, from Bad Nieuweschans in Groningen to Cadzand-Bad in Zeelandic Flanders, in eleven stages. You ride past the Dollard and the Wadden Sea, through Lauwersmeer National Park and across the Afsluitdijk, then through the dunes of North Holland, such as the Schoorlse Duinen and Zuid-Kennemerland. Via Hoek van Holland and the Zeeland coast, with Domburg and Westkapelle, you finish after Vlissingen in Cadzand-Bad. The route is part of EuroVelo 12, the North Sea Cycle Route. We know of 86 toilets, 73 water taps and seven bike pumps along the way.
