You're standing at Paddington Basin in London, right by the water of the Grand Union Canal. Look for the small footbridge of steel and timber across the water. At first glance it's a perfectly ordinary bridge, about twelve metres long. But this is the Rolling Bridge, and it can do something almost no other bridge can. It curls itself up.
