You're standing on the big square in front of the Imperial Gate of Topkapı Palace in Istanbul. In the middle of it sits a square block topped with five little domes. This is the Fountain of Sultan Ahmed III, built in 1728. Don't expect jets of water, though. It's a sebil, a kind of water kiosk where people could once get a drink for free.
