Basilica di Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari in Venice

You're standing on the Campo dei Frari, in the San Polo district of Venice, in front of the Frari, as this church is usually called. Its full name is the Basilica di Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari. It's one of the largest churches in the city, built of brick in the Venetian Gothic style. Notice how plain the front is? That's typical of many Franciscan churches. Do look at the three statues on top, though. They date from 1516 and are by Lorenzo Bregno.
