Museum Miniature Park in Beyoğlu

You're standing at Miniatürk, on the northeastern shore of the Golden Horn in Istanbul. Beyond the gate lies an entire country, shrunk down. This is a miniature park, and a big one. When it opened on 2 May 2003, it was counted among the largest miniature parks in the world. The whole site covers sixty thousand square metres, and about fifteen thousand of those are filled with models.
