Military School in Paris

You're standing at the École Militaire, the military school at the south-eastern end of the Champ de Mars. At the far end of that long park stands the Eiffel Tower. But first, take a look at this building. The façade facing the park has eight colossal Corinthian columns. Above them rises a square dome, decorated with trophies and allegorical figures. The architect was Ange-Jacques Gabriel.
