The Midden-Nederlandroute (LF4) is a long-distance cycle route of about 300 km across the middle of the Netherlands, from The Hague to Enschede, through South Holland, Utrecht, Gelderland and Overijssel. You ride through the Haagse Bos, past Boskoop and Bodegraven to Woerden and Utrecht, where you pass the Dom Tower, then by Slot Zeist and Amerongen to Wageningen and Arnhem. From there it crosses the Achterhoek by way of Bronkhorst and Vorden into Twente. Between The Hague and Borculo the route is part of EuroVelo 2, the Capitals Route. Almost two thirds is asphalt. We know of 24 toilets and 27 water taps on the way, but no bike pump.
