You're standing at the Hofplein Fountain, right in the middle of Hofplein in Rotterdam. Traffic swirls all around you, because this is a big roundabout. Yet in the centre, the water keeps happily shooting up. The fountain was designed by architect J.R.A. Koops and completed in 1955.
