You're standing on the Main Market Square in Kraków, at St. Mary's Basilica in the north-eastern corner. Look up at the two towers. They're not the same height. The taller one, on the north side, is the Hejnał tower. Around its spire hangs a gilded crown from 1666. The lower south tower has a Renaissance top, and that's where the medieval bells hang.
