You're standing at the Hermesvilla, deep in the Lainzer Tiergarten in Vienna. This huge stretch of forest was once a hunting ground for the Habsburgs. Emperor Franz Joseph had the villa built for his wife Elisabeth, better known as Sisi, and he called it his castle of dreams. Secretly, he hoped it would tempt his restless, much-travelled wife to stay in Vienna a little more often.
