You're standing on the 5 Mei Plein, Fifth of May Square, in Wageningen, at the National Liberation Monument. Locals just call it the Naked Man. Look up and you'll see why. On top stands a bronze naked man with his hands raised. He's on a granite pedestal almost three metres high, decorated with lions in relief.
