The Hanzeroute (LF3) is a long-distance cycle route of about 140 km from Kampen to Millingen aan de Rijn, through Overijssel and Gelderland. For much of the way you follow the IJssel and its floodplains: through Wilsum, Wijhe and Olst to Deventer, Zutphen and Bronkhorst, and on to Doesburg. From there the route runs through Giesbeek, Lathum and Pannerden and across the Gelderse Poort to Millingen. More than two thirds is asphalt and nearly two fifths is cycle path. There is also a separate winter variant. We know of four toilets and seven water taps on the way, but no bike pump.
