This stage of the Hanzeroute (LF3) is a cycle route of about 34 km from Kampen to Wijhe, the first stage of the LF3. You ride along the IJssel and through its floodplains by way of Wilsum, 's-Heerenbroek and Spoolde to the edge of Zwolle, past the Engelse Werk park, and then through Katerveer, Harculo and Herxen to Wijhe. It is flat; most of it is on ordinary roads, almost all asphalt or paved. We know of one toilet and one water tap on the way, but no bike pump. The full LF3 runs from Kampen to Millingen aan de Rijn.
