You're standing at Cecilienhof, in the northern part of the Neuer Garten park in Potsdam, close to the shore of the Jungfernsee lake. It looks like an English country house, with half-timbering, brick and no fewer than 55 different decorative chimneys. That's exactly the idea. It was built between 1914 and 1917 in the style of an English Tudor manor, designed by the architect Paul Schultze-Naumburg.
