Story · Princess Ljubica's Residence

You're standing at Princess Ljubica's Residence, on the corner of Kneza Sime Markovića and Kralja Petra streets, in one of the oldest parts of Belgrade. Start with the roof. Four tiled slopes, an octagonal dome and no fewer than eight chimneys. Then look toward the Sava river side. That's the main façade, with a bay window that stands out because its base is half-round rather than square.
