Palace of the Parliament in Bucharest

You're standing at the Palace of the Parliament in Bucharest. Try to take in the whole building at once. It's almost impossible. With a floor area of 365,000 square metres, this is one of the largest buildings in the world. It stands 84 metres tall, and another eight levels go down underground. Some sources even call it the heaviest building on Earth. It sinks a few millimetres every year under its own weight.
