Church of Our Lady in Copenhagen

You're standing on Frue Plads in central Copenhagen, at the Church of Our Lady, Vor Frue Kirke in Danish. This is the city's Lutheran cathedral, and right next to it is the historic main building of the university. Take a look at the front. No pointed arches or little spires here, just a stern row of heavy columns, like a Greek temple. Moses and David flank the entrance, and above the portal you'll see the first work sculptor Bertel Thorvaldsen made for this church.
