You're standing at the Kröller-Müller Museum, right in the middle of the Hoge Veluwe National Park near Otterlo. Have a look around. Forest, heathland, and a museum in between. That's exactly the point. Here, art, architecture and nature belong together. The original building was designed by the Belgian architect Henry van de Velde. Later, Wim Quist added long glass-walled galleries, so from inside you look straight out into the woods.
