You're standing at dolmen D19, on Steenhopenweg just west of the village of Drouwen in Drenthe. Its neighbour, dolmen D20, lies right next to it, and a little further on is the underpass beneath the N34 road, built in 2006. This tomb was made by people of the Funnelbeaker culture, farmers of the late Stone Age.
