You're standing at the Peloponnesian Folklore Foundation in Nafplion. Its Greek name is the Vasilis Papantoniou Foundation, and that name already hints at how it all began. Take a look at the house itself. It dates from the early twentieth century and belonged to the Papantoniou family, before it was turned into a museum. So not a palace or a temple, but a family home full of stories.
