You're standing at St Martin's Cathedral in Bratislava, on the western edge of the old town, just below the castle. Look up at the tower. It's 85 metres tall and was once part of the town walls. Right at the top sits a gilded crown on a cushion. It's a replica of the Crown of St Stephen, the Hungarian royal crown. It's been up there since 1847 and weighs 150 kilograms.
