You're standing at the Primate's Palace, right in the Old Town of Bratislava. Take a look at that long, calm façade. This is neoclassical style: balance, symmetry, nothing flashy. The palace was built between 1778 and 1781 for József Batthyány, Archbishop of Esztergom. He was the Primate, the head of the Catholic Church in Hungary, which explains the name. The architect was Melchior Hefele.
