You're standing at the Russalka Memorial, right on Tallinn Bay, just north of Kadriorg Park. Start by looking up at the top. A bronze angel stands on a rough rock, sixteen metres above you. She holds an Orthodox cross and stretches it out towards the sea. She's pointing to where the ship is thought to have gone down.
