You're standing at the Bronze Soldier, in Tallinn's military cemetery. Take a good look at the figure. A bronze soldier about two metres tall, in a Red Army uniform from the Second World War, set against a wall of dolomite stone. He stands quietly, head bowed. And yet this is one of the most controversial statues in Europe.
