You're standing at the Russian church of Nice, officially the Cathedral of Saint Nicholas. Start by looking at the roofline. One big onion dome in the middle, four smaller ones around it. Remind you of anything? It should. The builders clearly drew on Saint Basil's Cathedral in Moscow. Seen from above, the church forms a Greek cross, with four arms of equal length.
