You're standing at Museum de Fundatie on the Blijmarkt in Zwolle. Take a look at the building. A stately front with six columns and a triangular pediment on top. This used to be the Palace of Justice, built between 1838 and 1841 to a design by Eduard Louis de Coninck, an architect from The Hague. Round the back, on the Potgietersingel, there's an almost identical façade.
