You're standing at the Villa della Regina, the Queen's Villa. This palace once sat half out in the countryside, among the vineyards. Today Turin has grown all the way around it, here in the Borgo Po district on the east side of the city. Since 1997 it has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site, together with thirteen other residences of the House of Savoy.
