Radiomonument in Eindhoven

You're standing at the Radio Monument in Eindhoven's Stadswandelpark. Look up. Five metres above a heart-shaped pond, a woman floats in the air. She's almost horizontal and seems to be tearing away from a globe at great speed. She holds one hand in front of her open mouth, like a trumpet. She's calling out to the world. The statue itself is five metres long.
