You're standing at the Eduskuntatalo, Finland's Parliament House. It sits on a low hill beside Mannerheimintie, in the Etu-Töölö district. Start with the front. Fourteen tall columns line the façade, all made of red granite from Kalvola. Their tops are Corinthian, but pared right down and stylised. That's the whole idea of this building: classical, but stripped back until it feels almost modern.
